I wanted to try my hand at a bit of CG Art combined with my recent ideas of a Sonic universe bringing Fleetway, AoSTH and the game characters into one continuity based on the official storylines.

Like many things I want to do that will probably never happen, though.

Before you say anything I know my take on the Sonic Battle style is all over the place with no reason for most of the spikes. I was just playing really as I never shade properly. The under-fringe shadow middle-top and main hair highlight I feel look very well though. It was surprising the difference the highlight in particular made.

I did start out doing more corners to my shapes but quickly got lazy which is why there is a dodgy shaped beak all over the place and a big angular face.

Also, FYI, If i ever do anything for my Sonic idea, it most liekly wont be in this style, and Tekno, who will appear, won't look quite like this.

I also did exactly what I told myself not to do and forget there is a second eye under the fringe so as not to make it green... meh well

I decided to follow this up by actually looking at source materials (especially the Babylon birds)and made some sketches before turning them into some more art. I did a sketch that I inked on PS and a second more successful SB style
